When viewing the freelancer profiles you will see a rating from one to three yellow stars. The star rating is based on feedback clients provide on the quality of work undertaken by the freelancer, as the freelancer's business conduct towards Australia Freelance Market (reaction speed, payment behaviour, ...). Also, the quality and completeness of the freelancer profile are taken into account when awarding the stars. For example, the existence of a portrait photo, a work sample or if reference donors are listed can determine whether a freelancer has two or three stars.

While most of our freelancers have a rating with two stars, only our best 15 percent have a top-rating with three stars. As the stars are constantly recalculated, they reflect the most current freelancer rating.
